Etro Anime in Shino Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga

Atlus U.S.A. today announced that the Etro Anime song "Danger" will be featured on the Shino Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga soundtrack. The song will also be used in a downloadable trailer over at the official Digital Devil Saga site.

“Etro Anime is thrilled to contribute "Danger" to the soundtrack of Digital Devil Saga since several members are video game junkies," stated Etro Anime. "The melancholy of the track blends well with the constant rain in the game as does the fast tempo of drum-n-bass with the battle scenes. We couldn't think of a more appropriate video game to feature this song and are looking forward to getting our hands on it.”

"Etro Anime means "To be infinite: with spirit and in movement which pretty much echoes the style of Digital Devil Saga," commented Gail Salamanca, Marketing Manager at Atlus. “When it came time to put together the E3 trailer for Digital Devil Saga, we wanted a song that would capture the sci-fi theme and urgency of this truly unique game, but at the same time outlining the main characters’ emotional relationship in the process. To that effect I think we have succeeded. With the addition of “Danger” to an already amazing soundtrack and game, role-playing fans really have something to be excited about this winter."

We'll have more on Shino Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga in the coming months. In the meantime, if you're really bored, why don't you check out Etro Anime's site?
