DRIV3R Selling Quite Well

Looks like the poor reviews (including one here) haven't hurt DRIV3R's initial sales. In its first week of sales in the United Kingdom, DRIV3R has garnered the #1 ranking, according to Chart Track.

Developed by Atari's Reflections Interactive, the third installment in the Driver series was released on June 22 in Europe, North America and Australia and has quickly moved into the top spot in the U.K. on both the PlayStation 2 and the Xbox. The Driver franchise has sold in more than 12 million units worldwide and Atari has shipped 2.5 million units worldwide.
