Silent Hill: Book Of Memories Seems To Be Delayed...Again
Yeah, some of you new PlayStation Vita owners might be planning to pick up Silent Hill: Book of Memories this week.
But we might have some bad news for all the survival/horror fans out there. A reader has pointed us in the direction of Amazon.com where the game has slipped to May 31. That's a significant delay but we haven't heard anything official from Konami.
Since then, we've also learned that GameFly has also given Book of Memories a May 31 date. If true, this would be the second delay the game has suffered; it was originally supposed to be a launch title for Sony's new portable. After that, it was pushed to March - as was the recently released Silent Hill HD Collection - and now it seems to be pushed out even further. Why? No idea, really. But I certainly hope it turns out decent because let me tell you, Silent Hill: Downpour isn't really cutting it. Look for that review tomorrow.
The Vita can always use top-notch software, though, so ideally, Book of Memories will be the new Silent Hill that's actually worth buying.
