Aveline And Conner Get To Play Together In ACIII: Liberation
We all know Assassin's Creed III is set for October 30.
But it's counterpart, Assassin's Creed III: Liberation, also launches that day for the PlayStation Vita. It's an entirely separate campaign and story, and it even features an all-new protagonist, the highly skilled female assassin Aveline.
Thanks to the glory of cross-game goodness, Aveline and Connor (protagonist in AACIII) will actually meet in Liberation, and it seems they'll even work together for a bit. It has often been said by Ubisoft that if you want the full ACIII experience, you're going to need both a PS3 and Vita so you can play both games. Typically, one would scoff at the idea given that such a huge, detailed world would have to be toned down significantly on a handheld device. But the Vita can do some pretty amazing things and we're expecting nothing less than greatness from Liberation.
