Ragnorak Odyssey looks like a super entertaining title, especially if you've got that need to slay big baddies with some buddies.

And thanks to XSEED Games, this anticipated PlayStation Vita title will be coming to US shores soon. In fact, both the regular and special Mercenary Edition have been dated for October 30. Yeah, it's in the midst of total autumn insanity (Assassin's Creed III: Liberation comes out that same day for the Vita), but we don't have a Monster Hunter-like game for Sony's new portable yet, right? And besides, anything developed by veteran studio Game Arts has our attention...you remember them, right? Of course you do.

As for that Mercenary Edition, it will include a randomized pack of 10 Monster Cards, the official soundtrack on CD (32 songs!), and a 96-page full color Mercenary Guide boasting a great collection of art, quests, maps, and boss strategies. This will be available for $49.99, only $10 more than the standard edition. Is this on your holiday wish list?
