Tearaway Gives You A Chance To Flex Your Creative Muscle

For PlayStation Vita owners, Media Molecule's Tearaway should be at or near the top of your priority list.

The guys who brought you LittleBigPlanet know how to push the creative boundaries, so you shouldn't be surprised when you read the latest PlayStation Blog update.

You'll actually be able to personalize the world through which you travel. With a virtual cutting mat and a selection of colored paper sheets, you can create items required to complete various quests. So, use your pencil tool to trace a shape you wish to cut out; if you screw it up, erase the lines and try again. You can even layer multiple sheets atop one another, just as if you were using real paper! Once done, you can decorate your charming world however you see fit; be as wacky or as traditional as you like!

You can even customize your papery messenger; remove any or all of their features and mix and match, kinda like a virtual Mr. Potato Head. This game will undoubtedly be one of the most imaginative and creative of 2013, and it will also inspire you to be creative. For more, check out our preview.

Tearaway will arrive for the Vita on November 22.

The sales charts speak for the state of the market. People prefer mindless killing in games compared to creative endeavors.
