Rainbow Moon Adventures To Vita On December 3

Here's a good reason to take your PlayStation Vita with you when you leave the house.

EastAsiaSoft has announced that the portable iteration of the critically acclaimed strategy/RPG, Rainbow Moon, will be available in North America on December 3, and a day later in Europe and Southeast Asia.

The Vita version features cross-save support so you can exchange your saved data whenever you wish. It also boasts "lots of updates and improvements," and well over 50 hours of old-school adventuring goodness. It was further revealed that if you already own the PS3 version and you want to purchase the Vita installment, the latter will be discounted. No word on the discounted price just yet, but it's still good news.

Rainbow Moon is one of those games that's just extraordinarily difficult to stop playing. Trust me.

It may seem a tad underwhelming for the PS3, but Rainbow Moon should be right at home on the Vita. I think this is great news.

It does not feel underwhelming for the Ps3 at all.

Cool. Now that it's on a handheld I may check it out. Handhelds are also handy in a home with other family members who hog the TV.

Yay! This looks like a good JRPG to get into. Any word on the BoarderLads two port?

It is a great JRPG to get into. It does take some grinding tho. Some may say it's on the hard side, if you're not use to JRPG's.

I loved the ps3 demo and was waiting for this, I am kinda hoping they do a cross buy promotion when it releases for the vita, but if not I'll probably just buy the vita version.

Although in the past I've seen some psn games that when released on vita cost twice as much so maybe I better not hold my breath.
