Rainbow Moon Arrives On Vita With Great Pricing Options

Rainbow Moon was a godsend for fans of the niche strategy/RPG genre.

And now, you can take the addictive, in-depth experience on the go. Developer eastasiasoft has announced that the PlayStation Vita version is currently available in North America and Europe for the very reasonable price of $14.99.

But there are all sorts of bonuses. For instance, if you already bought the PS3 version, you can take 50% off the Vita version's price. Furthermore, PlayStation Plus subscribers get an additional 20% off, resulting in a whopping 70% in overall savings. If you missed out when the game arrived on the PS3, you can opt to purchase both versions for $22.49, and don't forget that all DLC for the game supports the Cross Buy program. In other words, there are plenty of different ways to enjoy Rainbow Moon!

If you've been a long-time fan of games like Tactics Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics, this is the game for you. Disgaea lovers should be attracted as well.

Thanks for the heads up on this one. Still searching for a JRPG for the Vita. There's some decent competition by today's standards.

I wouldn't call this a JRPG.

Like I said, "today's standards" for JRPGs. And yeah YS is for sure in the cards, but the fast paced battle mechanic is a slight turn off.

This game is a nice game. But it gets boring in the later levels, real boring. If there was nothng else to play I would jump on this as I already have the PS3 version.
