Pretty Aqua Blue PlayStation Vita Coming To U.S. In November

Well, at least we get one new color.

Sony isn't big on delivering a ton of different colors - in terms of hardware and accessories - to North America, but they've just announced a very pretty hue for the PlayStation Vita.

It's Aqua Blue and it will be exclusive to GameStop when it hits store shelves in the U.S. in November. Perhaps even more importantly, this will mark the first time the revamped Vita model (it's smaller and lighter) will be available in a color other than black in this country. Sony also revealed Neon Orange and Glacier White models, but they're only coming out in Japan, at least for the time being.

The Aqua Blue Vita will hold the standard retail price of $200. If you haven't yet purchased one, we understand why, but it's still a great gaming handheld device.

I'll get one when they release a game I really feel like I need to play.

PSP pulled that off for me with the release of Crisis Core.

It is pretty damn easy to find Vita's for $160 now so still surprised there has not been an official price drop.
Nice to see some color though.

It's a pretty color, but why is the screen outlined in black?

Have retailers stopped selling the Vita? I haven't seen one anywhere.

Does this new model repel dust better than my original black one? Might be worth it...

New colors isn't what we need..Give the Vita more functionality. Like making it region free to use accounts from different regions!
